  Great experience dealing with Kia for the first time. All staff were friendly and approachable. The sales team were great, explaining each car that would suit my needs and helped me chose the right car. I highly recommend anyone in the market for a new car to come down to Peter Warren Kia.

  THANKS to the Team at Peter Warren KIA for an excellent customer service experience! From test driving our KIA EV6 GT, to discussing our options purchasing, to picking up our purchase - everything was seamless. The Team explained everything clearly and all questions were answered promptly. The standout for us was when we picked up our car, they actually sat in the car with us and explained all the features (there was a lot) and setup our phones to Bluetooth before we drove off!

  Extremely happy with the service and efficiency of Peter Warren KIA! The entire team were friendly and professional, and we didn't feel rushed or pressured into making a decision on our purchased vehicle. Any delays on estimated vehicle arrival time were clearly communicated and the delivery/pick-up ran so smoothly despite there being multiple vehicles lined up for pick-up on the same day.
  Very happy with the post-purchase follow up and check ins to make sure everything had been explained properly and to answer any of our questions around vehicle care and functionality. The complimentary 3 month service was also an added bonus and they did an incredible job!

  Really good and relaxing experience at this dealership. Booked in a test drive for 2 cars (Kia Cerato Sport+ and GT), both were available and without fuss; signed some paperwork and keys were given. Salesperson was friendly and able to answer all our questions and provide the needed information without any spin or BS. It's a shame my mum didn't like the car itself, but if she had, it would have been an easy sale. Definitely will come back here when I need to get a car for myself.
