- Andrew Simmons Added January 12, 2018★ ☆ ☆ ☆ ☆I bought a T350 transmission of these guys for $2700 that was advertised as a racing gearbox to handle up to 500hp. The gearbox blew 2nd gear before I even got to run the engine in. I sent the gearbox to a reputable gearbox specialist who advised the internal gearbox parts were all stock and nothing about this gearbox was to race spec. When I reported this to the guys at Hume Performance they told me to go and speak to the supplier who is based in America and took no responsibility for the damages. That's a bullshit response in my opinion. Oh by the way they are no longer a distributer for these gearboxes. Be careful what you buy from Hume Performance and good luck with the attitude you get after you have bought anything from them.
