    Was here 2 weeks back, and the store girl was bizarre! She'd rather chat to her man friends over the counter then offer assistance. She looks at me and goes, "what you after". I was tempted to say GOLD!.

    Dealing with me she definitely wasn't happy and gave vibes she couldn't be bothered.

    Management, please get helpful cheerful staff who at least are not miserable.

    Why would any customer want to hear her talk? Especially with an attitude like that.

    Girls don't want to help. And behave very bad. And give you no help , and put you down as if you can't buy.
    When the bill was $1000 they started talking nicely. Very poor customer service

    My partner is a big boy and the ladies ALWAYS HELP ME. In comparison to other johnny biggs I truly only ever go here because the ladies are super helpful and not up in my face. They have gone as far as go to other stores for shirts I want in particular. 10/10

    This store is amazing ! I have been shopping here for my partner so many times and every single time I go the customer service is great ! I usually go to the young blonde guy and I love the experience I get Every time I shop there he’s super friendly and helpful and picks out the best combos for my partner ! It just makes me want to keep coming back ! Keep on the good work !!!!
